Religion in Arumdaum

Arumdaum is a country where freedom of thought and freedom of religion are constitutionally guaranteed, and the Republic is based upon the principle of laïcité. Most people in Arumdaum are not of any religion, and the previously dominant religion of Buddhism has not been the state religion since the Arumdaumene Revolution in 1672. Major religions include Mahayana Buddhism, Jainism, and Animism.
