The Radiatian Federal Parliament is the bicameral legislature of the Radiatian federal government. It consists of the Senate, its upper house and the Federal Assembly, its lower house.

The Federal Parliament was established following the Radiatian Constitutional Crisis as a successor to the Federal Politburo. It meets in Xerconia Castle, Federation Square, Xerconia, FCT.

There are 483 voting members of parliament, all of whom are directly elected. Members of the Federal Assembly (who are generally referred to as "MPs" despite Senators also technically being MPs) are elected to two-year terms and represent federal constituencies. Each state has at least one federal constituency, most have one constituency for every 500,000 people.

Senators are elected for four year terms, although they may only serve two full terms. Each state has two Senators, regardless of population. Half of the Senate is elected during a Presidential election, the other half is elected during the mid-term elections.
