The Type 82 Main Battle Tank is a Koy Main Battle Tank, developed from the Sakatian Type-71 Main Battle Tank. It entered service in 1979 with the Koy Armed Forces and has been widely exported, most notably to Irvadistan and Kraq. Advanced versions of the Type 82 remain in production today for both the Koy Armed Forces and export customers.
